Where we work

All of Asturias, from coast to mountains.

From the Eo to the Deva. We know what changes from one municipality to the next: what people pay, what rents, and what it costs to restore a stone house.

Eight areas

Asturias is not a single market.

What changes from one area to the next

What we look at in each municipality.

i.Entry price

Between central Oviedo and a western coastal town there are huge differences for the same square metres.

ii.Who rents there

Healthcare staff, students, families or seasonal tenants: each profile pays and looks after a home differently.

iii.Condition of the buildings

Stone houses, 1960s blocks with no lift, pending building works: that is money.

iv.Time to sell

Not everything sells at the same pace. We factor that into the price.

Asturias is our patch. Beyond it, in León and El Bierzo, we work with Kaspar Capital, who have been buying and managing there for years.
