What buyers ask.

Do you charge me for searching?

It depends on the service. If you buy a property from our portfolio, the seller pays us. If you want us to search the whole market for you, it is agreed in writing before we start.

Can I buy without living in Spain?

Yes. We help with your NIE, bank account, non-resident financing, a power of attorney if you cannot travel, and video viewings.

What are the costs of buying in Asturias?

On top of the price there are taxes, notary, land registry and conveyancing fees, plus the valuation if there is a mortgage. On the first call we work out the figures for your case.

What is a deposit contract?

A private contract that reserves the home and sets the deadline to sign at the notary. We draft it and explain what happens if either side pulls out.

What if the home needs work?

We give you an indicative budget before making an offer, with Kaspar Capital behind us, so the price you pay accounts for the works.
